Welcome Configure’s New York City Office Manager Laura Caldera
As we continued to grow our New York office with the recent additions of Will Horsley and Ella Ward, we’re proud to announce the hiring of our new office manager, Laura Caldera!
Laura brings more than 25 years of experience in executive support, administrative operations, and office management within fast-paced financial and professional services environments. Prior to Configure, she served as Office Manager at a hedge fund and broker-dealer, overseeing operations for a team of more than 40 employees.

About Laura
Laura Caldera joins Configure Partners as the Office Manager of the New York City office. She brings more than 25 years of experience in executive support, administrative operations, and office management in fast-paced financial and professional services environments, including serving as Office Manager for a Hedge Fund/Broker Dealer, where she oversaw operations for a team of more than 40 employees.
In her role, Laura manages day-to-day office operations and administrative functions, supporting the firm’s professionals and helping ensure the New York office operates smoothly and efficiently. She is known for her professionalism, organizational expertise, and ability to anticipate needs in high-performance environments.
