Jozef Lampa Joins Configure’s Private Capital Advisory Team as Vice President
Configure is excited to announce that Jozef Lampa will be joining our firm as Vice President! Jozef will be joining Configure’s Private Capital Advisory team, alongside Managing Directors Ravi Mehta and Joseph Weissglass, specializing in tailored liquidity solutions that align GP objectives with investor needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and long-term partnership.
Jozef has over six years of combined experience in private equity secondary investing and advisory services. Joining Configure in 2025 from the Private Capital Advisory team at Evercore, Jozef advised institutional investors and financial sponsors on over $13B in volume across LP portfolio sales and GP-led transactions.

Jozef joined Configure Partners in 2025 as a Vice President, spearheading the launch of their secondary advisory practice. Prior to Configure, Jozef was an Associate on the Private Capital Advisory team at Evercore, where he advised institutional investors and financial sponsors on over $13B in volume across LP portfolio sales and GP-led transactions.
Prior to joining Evercore, Jozef served as an Investment Professional on the Fund of Funds team at Ardian — a global diversified private markets firm with expertise across private equity, real assets, and credit — where he evaluated new investment opportunities and oversaw portfolio companies. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer & Retail Group at Wells Fargo Securities.
Jozef graduated from the Pforzheimer Honors College at Pace University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is a FINRA General Securities Registered Representative and holds the Series 63 and 79 licenses.
