Configure Partners Announces the Promotion of James Bardenwerper to Director
James joined Configure in 2018 and has been instrumental in providing world-class partnership and execution to our clients, most recently Kingswood Capital Management on their acquisition of Progress Lighting from Hubbell and Acousti Engineering Company, an Ardian portfolio company.
As a Director, James will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of capital structure transactions, as well as developing and managing relationships throughout the middle market.
About James
James joined Configure Partners from Genuine Parts Company, where he supported merger and acquisition efforts as well as strategic planning. Prior to GPC, he was an Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he spent three years advising clients on debt and equity capital raises across a variety of industries.
James received a bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Kentucky. He is a FINRA General Securities Registered Representative (Series 79, 63).
