Configure Partners is pleased to announce that Sam Vaughn has been promoted to Associate.
Sam is an integral partner to our clients, most recently advising on acquisition finance transactions for clients like Ardian North America and Kingswood Capital Management. Sam has demonstrated a consistent ability to foster notable outcomes for our clients with his expertise, determination, and team mentality.
As an Associate, Sam will be responsible for the creation of marketing materials, the development and analysis of financial models and trends, and management of the client diligence process.
About Sam
Sam joined Configure from Truist Securities, where he was an Investment Banking Credit Analyst and was responsible for underwriting credit products to new and existing Industrials and Services clients.
Sam holds a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida and bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Georgia. He is a FINRA General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63, 79).
