Configure Partners’ Sale of FMI Aerostructures Named Three-Time Finalist in 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards

 

Atlanta, GA — Configure is excited to share that we have been named as a finalist across three categories in The 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards for the sale of FMI Aerostructures to Avem Partners:

  • Industrials Deal of the Year ($50MM to $100MM)
  • Private Equity Deal of the Year ($50MM to $100MM)
  • Restructuring Deal of the Year ($50MM to $100MM)

 

The awards will honor the year’s leading M&A transactions, restructurings, deal financings, products/services, firms, and professionals. Winners will be announced at the 2025 Future of Dealmaking Summit in November.
