James Bardenwerper and Uj Rai Named The M&A Advisor’s 2024 Emerging Leaders
ATLANTA — Configure Director James Bardenwerper and Vice President Uj Rai have been named The M&A Advisor’s 2024 Emerging Leaders. Each year, this award recognizes young professionals under 40 who have made impactful contributions to M&A, corporate finance, and restructuring while exhibiting a steadfast commitment to their careers and charitable endeavors.
James has been instrumental in providing world-class partnership and execution to our clients, most recently Kingswood Capital Management, on their acquisition of PATCO Products from Corbion and Dura-Shiloh, a MiddleGround Capital portfolio company. James is responsible for advising clients on a wide range of capital structure transactions, as well as developing and managing relationships throughout the middle market.
Uj offers years of credit structuring and advisory experience serving middle-market companies, including advising on recent transactions with GPS Trackit, an Inverness Graham portfolio company and NPX One, as well as a new LBO acquisition with Breck Partners. The firm has witnessed Uj’s growth from Analyst to Associate, and today he serves as Vice President. As Configure Vice President, Uj is responsible for all key aspects of the transaction, including sourcing new opportunities, deal execution, and ongoing client / relationship management.
