Welcome Configure’s New HR Manager and Office Manager!
With the new year comes exciting growth for the Configure team – we’re pleased to welcome Katie Lindley as our HR Manager and Ann Tartaro as our Office Manager!
Katie joins Configure Partners from BCG BrightHouse, a division of the Boston Consulting Group. Prior to transitioning into HR, she spent six years at BCG in an executive support role. Katie holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Spanish from the University of Georgia.
Ann brings over 20 years of experience in administrative operations, facility management, and customer service. Ann received her BA in Business Management from Kennesaw State University.
