Configure Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of two team members: Andrew Moody has been promoted to Vice President and Uj Rai has been promoted to Associate.
Andrew joined Configure in 2017 as the first junior banker hire of the firm. In his new position as Vice President, he will take more of a lead role in financing and credit resolution transactions and generally be more heavily involved in client relationship management.
Uj joined Configure in 2019 and quickly demonstrated that he is a tremendous asset to the firm. The promotion of both Andrew and Uj is a direct result of their drive and commitment to the success of Configure and its clients.
About Andrew
Andrew brings seven years of combined investment banking and direct lending experience across a multitude of industries in the middle market.
Prior to Configure, Andrew was an Associate in the Asset Finance Group of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he assisted in originating and structuring debt financings for acquisitions, recapitalizations and turnarounds.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Georgia, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is also a FINRA General Securities Registered Representative (Series 79, 63).
About Uj
Uj joined Configure in 2019, bringing two years of credit structuring and advisory experience serving middle-market companies.
Before Configure, Uj was an Associate with PNC Financial Services where he was responsible for underwriting cash flow credit transactions, portfolio management, and assisting the team in sourcing new debt investments.
Uj received a BBA in Finance from the Goizueta Business School, Emory University, as well as a BA in Mathematics from Emory University. He is also a FINRA General Securities Registered Representative (Series 79, 63).
Uj will be eligible for the CFA Charter upon completion of the necessary work experience.
