Configure Partners Advises SPB Hospitality LLC on its Acquisition of J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc.

Alexander’s Holdings, Inc. (“JAX”). SPB is an operator and franchisor of full-service, casual dining restaurants, with an expansive footprint of over 250 restaurants spanning across 39 states. SPB’s diverse portfolio of concepts includes Logan’s Roadhouse, Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, and Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, among others. The acquisition of JAX brings an additional 47 upscale, polished casual restaurants with award-winning brands such as J. Alexander’s, Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill, Redlands Grill, Overland Park Grill, and Merus Grill.
