Configure Partners Advises MiddleGround Capital on its Refinancing of Plasman
Configure Partners, an investment banking platform specializing in debt placement and credit advisory services, announced today its role as lead financing arranger for Plasman, a portfolio company of MiddleGround Capital.
Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Ontario, Canada, Plasman is a leading, global full-service provider of automotive exterior trim components and systems. Plasman manufactures primarily Class A parts that are crucial to a vehicle’s aesthetic appeal, including bumper moldings, rear trim and spoilers, wheel flares, fascia, bumpers, exterior trim, roof rails, side trim, and more.
Configure supported all aspects of the financing process, including lender screening, approach to market, transaction structuring, and negotiation of the financing-related documentation.
