Lathan, McKee, and BDW is a leading platform provider of architectural and design services in the Southeastern United States, with a primary focus on the K-12, higher education, and municipal end markets.

Configure supported all aspects of the financing process, including lender screening, approach to market, transaction structuring, and negotiation of the financing-related documentation. This transaction marks Configure’s 16th financing with Hidden Harbor Capital Partners since 2018.
