Configure Partners Firm Updates — William Horsley’s Promotion to Associate, Ella Ward Joins as Vice President
Configure is excited to congratulate William Horsley on his promotion to Associate. He joined Configure in 2024 following his graduation from the University of Georgia. In his role as an Analyst, Will has been performing due diligence, assisting with the creation of marketing materials, and supporting the team’s go-to-market efforts. Will was previously part of Configures summer internship program.
We’re also proud to welcome Ella Ward to the team as Vice President. Ella comes to Configure from Deloitte Corporate Finance, where she was part of the Cross Border Debt & Capital Advisory Business in New York City. She has experience raising debt facilities for private equity sponsors and private companies, with a focus on transactions in the US and European markets. She began her career at Deloitte in the UK within the Corporate Finance Advisory department.
Both Will and Ella will be located in our New York office — an exciting continuation of our growth in the city. We look forward to both of their future success!
