Configure Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of two team members: Kyle Stinchcomb has been promoted to Vice President and Raymond Heartsill has been promoted to Associate.

Kyle is a consummate ambassador of the broader Configure team, and embodies Configure’s core values of hunger, humility, and people-first. In his new position as Vice President, he will take more of a lead role in financing and credit resolution transactions and generally be more heavily involved in client relationship management.

Raymond joined Configure in 2021 and quickly demonstrated that he is a tremendous asset to the firm. The promotion of both Kyle and Raymond is a direct result of their drive and commitment to the success of Configure and its clients.
