Configure Partners Announces the Promotions of Kennedy Klaber and Matthew Martens

ATLANTA, GA — Configure is one of the fastest-growing and largest debt advisory groups in the middle market and is continuing to prove that. We are excited to announce the promotions of Kennedy Klaber and Matthew Martens to Associate!

Kennedy joined Configure Partners in 2023 following her graduation from the University of Kentucky. Matt joined Configure Partners in 2024 from KPMG, where he was a consultant advising banks and other financial institutions on their modeling practices, with a focus on risk mitigation. In their new roles, Kennedy and Matt will be responsible for creating marketing materials, developing and analyzing financial models and trends, and managing the client diligence process.

About Kennedy

Kennedy joined Configure Partners in 2023 as an Analyst and was promoted to Associate in 2025.

Kennedy previously interned for Bluegrass Business Advisors where she was responsible for performing market research, identifying prospective clients, and creating marketing materials for the sale of small businesses.

Kennedy received a BBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a FINRA General Securities Representative (Series 79, 63).

About Matthew

Matt joined Configure Partners in 2024 as an Analyst and was promoted to Associate in 2025.

Prior to joining Configure, Matt worked at KPMG, where he was a consultant advising banks and other financial institutions on their modeling practices, with a focus on risk mitigation.

Matt received a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Physics from the University of Mississippi and a master’s in Audit & Advisory Services from DePaul University.
