Configure Partners Announces the Promotions of K.T. Taratus and Uj Rai
ATLANTA, GA — We are excited to announce the promotions of K.T. Taratus and Uj Rai to Director! K.T. joined Configure in 2018 and has been instrumental in providing world-class partnership and execution to our clients, most recently for FMI Aerostructures on their successful sale. Uj joined Configure in 2019 and has contributed extensive knowledge to the team, including years of experience in credit structuring and advisory services to middle-market companies.
About K.T.
K.T. has over thirteen years of combined middle-market transaction advisory and direct investing experience.
K.T. joined Configure Partners in 2018, and over the last seven years has advanced to the Director role. Prior to Configure, K.T. was an Associate with Virgo Investment Group, an opportunistic investment platform focused on the middle market, where he assisted with sourcing, underwriting, and structuring transactions. Before joining Virgo, he served as an Analyst in the Transport & Infrastructure investment banking group at Raymond James & Associates.
K.T. holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and is a FINRA General Securities Registered Representative (Series 79, 63).
About Uj
Uj joined Configure in 2019, bringing years of credit structuring and advisory experience serving middle-market companies. The firm has witnessed Uj’s growth from Analyst to Director.
Prior to Configure, Uj was an Associate with PNC Financial Services, where he was responsible for underwriting cash flow credit transactions, managing portfolios, and assisting the team in sourcing new debt investments.
Uj received a BBA in Finance from the Goizueta Business School, Emory University, and a BA in Mathematics from Emory University. He is also a FINRA General Securities Registered Representative (Series 79, 63). Uj earned his CFA Charter in 2020.
