Configure Partners Advises Turnspire Capital Partners on its Acquisition Financing for The LifeLine Group

Atlanta, GA — Configure Partners, an investment banking platform specializing in debt placement and credit advisory services, announced today its role as exclusive financing advisor to Turnspire Capital Partners in securing committed debt capital to support the firm’s acquisition of LifeLine Foods, LLC, and ICM Biofuels LLC.

The operations will be combined under The LifeLine Group (LifeLine), with the food business continuing to operate as LifeLine Foods, and the biofuels business being rebranded as LifeLine Biofuels.

Headquartered in St. Joseph, Missouri, Lifeline Foods is a leading manufacturer of corn-based products – cornstarch, masa, and other ingredients – serving a diverse array of customers in the food and beverage and building products markets. LifeLine Biofuels leverages a starch stream from the food business to produce renewable fuels and other value-added products with a lower carbon intensity, creating synergies that enhance efficiency and sustainability across the platform.

Configure supported all aspects of the financing process, including lender screening, approach to market, transaction structuring, and advising on financing-related documentation.

“Configure’s deep credit expertise helped us identify the right financing structure to support LifeLine’s next stage of growth,” said Turnspire Principal Ahdiv Nathan. “Their role in structuring the solution and driving an efficient process was key to ensuring a smooth and timely closing.”

“We are pleased to have partnered with the Turnspire team in securing capital to support their acquisition of LifeLine,” said Configure Managing Director Mike Garvin. “With a strong operating foundation across both the food and biofuels businesses and a capital structure aligned with its strategy, LifeLine is well-positioned for its next stage of growth.”
