The Firm is committed to maintaining the privacy of every current and prospective Client. The Firm recognizes that Clients entrust it with important personal information, and wishes to assure them that it takes seriously its responsibilities in protecting and safeguarding this information.

The Firm may collect nonpublic information about Clients from the following sources:

  • Information the Firm receives on applications, forms, questionnaires, websites, agreements or in the course of establishing or maintaining a Client relationship; and
  • Information about Client transactions with the Firm, its affiliates and others.

Configure does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about its Clients to anyone, except as permitted by laws or regulations or as set forth in the applicable offering documents or as contemplated in Client agreements. Configure also may disclose this information to firms that perform services on its behalf. These agents and service providers are required to treat the information confidentially and use it only for the purpose for which it is provided.

Configure restricts access to nonpublic information about Clients to those partners, officers, members, employees, agents, consultants or other parties who need to know that information to provide products or services to Clients in connection with the products and services provided by the Firm. Configure maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard nonpublic personal information. Configure also has sought to implement internal controls to keep Client information as accurate and complete as practicable. If any Client believes that any information about them is not accurate, they should contact the Firm.

This Notice is provided to Clients. This Notice is not intended to be incorporated in any offering materials but is merely a statement of the Firm’s current policy on privacy of information provided by Clients, Investors, and prospective Investors of the Firm, and may be amended from time to time.
